TIPS: Group speaking is a lot like singing a song. Speak the same speed as the voice on the recording. When the voice goes up, you go up, when the voice goes down, you go down. Emphasize underlined words and pause whenever there is a period or a comma. Listen to it phrase by phrase while looking at the words, then try speaking the phrase. A video is provided helping the students learn their parts, taking most of the work out of it for the teachers. There is also a video showing how simple it is to direct group speech. Your hands will keep the students together.
